Exhibitor Opportunities

TAG2020 is CANCELLED.
You’re Invited
​As a valuable partner or provider to our member philanthropies, you are invited to participate in the capstone event for #PhilanthropyTech by reserving space in our exhibitor hall. The annual TAG attracts leaders and influencers from the most engaged private, corporate and community foundations in North America and beyond. 

The TAG Conference offers two ways to reach our attendees:
  • As an exhibitor
  • As a sponsor for key conference events. For information on conference sponsorship, see: tag2020.org/sponsor

Exhibitor packages offer the unique opportunity to share your latest technologies, promote initiatives, and develop business relationships with attendees. You will gain valuable exposure to attendees in the philanthropic community in the months before, during, and after TAG 2020.

The TAG Exhibitor Package
  • One space in exhibitor hall including:
    • One 6' x 30" table with two chairs
    • Wireless Internet access
    • Standard power strip
  • Complimentary access for one (1) primary attendee to all TAG conference events (e.g., keynote breakfast, plenaries, breakouts, meals, and all other events).
  • ​Exhibitor profile included in the conference mobile app and exhibitor signage.
  • Invitation to join Exhibitor Showcase on the main stage, kicking off the conference.

​NOTE: A maximum of two (2) additional attendee tickets may be purchased at standard price. 


Exhibitor Policies
​
Organizations who wish to purchase an exhibitor package must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Are a vendor and consultant to nonprofits
  • Are a TAG member
  • Are a presenter

​Attendance is Limited to 3 Staff per Company. Because TAG is designed as a collegial learning and networking environment for private and community foundations, we strive to ensure that foundation members comprise the majority of conference attendees. Therefore, TAG partners, sponsors, and exhibitors are limited to a maximum of 3 staff per company or organization onsite at any given time, including presenters from that organization. All team members onsite at the conference must have purchased a registration.

NOTE: Organizations who opt to purchase a conference sponsorship package are provided with one (1) additional attendee registration for a total of four (4).


Solicitation is Limited to Exhibitor Hall. To facilitate a supportive learning community, our members have asked that exhibitors refrain from soliciting funds or business during the conference, except when you are in the Exhibitor Hall.

Exhibitor Hall Opens Tuesday, Nov. 10 and Wednesday, Nov. 11.
*Lodging is not included. Reserve rooms early for greatest availability. Be sure to mention the Technology Association of Grantmakers Group Room Block for a nightly rate of $230 pending availability. Rooms must be booked by October 19, 2020. See tag2020.org/hotel.

How to Register (Opens May 1, 2020)
Exhibitors will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visit tag2020.org/exhibitors-opportunities and complete the registration form after registration opens May 1, 2020..
Conference Schedule Overview
  • Monday, November 9 — Pre-Conference Activities and Reception
  • Tuesday, November 10 — Opening Breakfast & Keynote plus Sessions, Networking Dinner & Exhibitor Hall
  • Wednesday, November 11 — Full Day of Sessions & Exhibitor Hall
  • Thursday, November 12 — Sessions through 12:00 pm, followed by User Group Meetings. (NOTE: To host a user group, you must be a TAG member and a provider of a technology tool. Contact LeeAnn@tagtech.org for more information.)

Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy

Exhibitor Packages
  • Exhibitor Package registration fees are not refundable.
  • While registration fees are not refundable, you may transfer the registration to another staff member at the same organization. Email your request to LeeAnn@tagtech.org with details including the names of the transfer.

Individual Attendee Registrations
  • Before October 9, 2020: Cancellation requests for a maximum of 2 individual registrations will be accepted for the cost of conference attendees’ registration fee less a $50 processing fee per registration.
  • After October 9, 2020: Due to financial obligations incurred by TAG, we are unable to refund registrations after October 9, 2020. After October 9, 2020, you may transfer your registration to another person in lieu of a refund.
  • To request a refund or transfer, please contact LeeAnn Petersen at LeeAnn@tagtech.org.
